We are committed to providing them with the best care and experience possible. Approximately 42. 5 million Americans nearly one out of every five adults struggles with a mental illness. It is important to understand that the scope of mental health is broad from anything to PTSD, OCD to anxiety and depression falls under the umbrella of mental health.

 

We are honored to work with referrals sources​ and extend our greatest gratitude to all professionals that continue to show up for their clients and value mental health for optimal wellbeing. Connecting Pathways Therapy believes in working with clients from a holistic perceptive and is able to provide a variety of services to ensure each client with an individualized care plan. We offer a safe nurturing environment and believe in giving everyone an opportunity to heal. 

 

Connecting Pathways Therapy thrives on collaboration and asks that you provide as much information as possible so that the clients feel at ease in a streamlined process. Our model is to offer compassionate services to individuals who may be hesitant to reach out to a mental health professional. 

 

To make a provider-to-provider referral for therapy follow one of the following steps.

2. Send your own practice referral form via our secure fax to 501-500-6837

3. Call or email us directly at 501-273-1631 or bambi@connectingpathwaystherapy.com 

4. Complete the printable referral form below. 

 

After the referral.

Connecting Pathways Therapy will make 3 attempts to reach the client: The first attempt will be made within 48 hours of contact and the second and third attempts will be made within one week.  We will notify you when/if the client has been scheduled successfully, or if 3 attempts have been made and we were unable to reach the client. Please feel free to reach out if there are any questions or concerns.
