Connecting Pathways Therapy accepts all self-pay clients, as well as HSA and FSA accounts. Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

 

For those in financial hardship, special accommodations may be made.

Blue Cross Blue Shield, AR Works, Ambetter, Health Advantage, Medicare, Qual-Choice,  Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, UMR

We don't accept Medicaid, AR Kids, and  UHC/Medicare,

We are no longer accepting Aetna,  New Cigna Patients, and Medicare Advantage Plans.

We use automated text and email to remind you of appointments. Please let us know if you do not want to use this system. Reminders will arrive 2 days prior to your appointment. All appointments are 50 minutes. Please arrive on time to your appointments. Your scheduled time is reserved for you, and we ask you to be respectful to your therapist and other clients. We can only provide you with your scheduled time.  

 

All therapy sessions must be cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of $50. No contact/no shows will also be subject to this fee. With all life’s situations, scheduling can be tough. We work with each person’s needs and are flexible offering some late evening and earlier morning appointments.  We feel that it is important to keep commitments and communicate these needs if you are not able.  It is strongly encouraged that you discuss any scheduling issues with your therapist. 

15-minute one-time consultation: No cost

 

• 90791: $225/hour (60-90 minutes) intake

• 90837: $200/hour (53-60 minutes) individual therapy session

• 90834: $160/45 minutes (38-52 minutes) individual therapy session

• 90832: $120/30 minutes (23-37 minutes) individual therapy session

• 90846: $200/hour (45-60 minutes) family session without the client present

• 90847: $200/hour (45-60 minutes) family session with the client present

• Self-pay: $175/ hour (53-60 minutes) individual therapy session

 

NOTE:

Family therapy is sometimes not covered by insurance. If a family session is not covered, the self-pay rate of $175 an hour will be charged. 

 

Sessions that occur longer than 60 minutes, will be subject to additional out-of-pocket fees per 30-minute increments ($85/30 minutes). 

 

Phone calls/Collaboration work: $50 first 30 minutes, $25 increase per additional 30 minutes

LCSW Supervision: 70 dollars per hour

Professional consultations: 125 per hour
